Some people watch football out of passion. Others watch it because they either transformed their passion for football into a more lucrative hobby or because they liked sports betting in the first place, and football is one of the sports they bet on. No matter what drives you to watch football, though, there are some unmissable events. From the Women’s Football Association Cup to Euro 2020, let’s see which games you can’t miss this year.
- Women’s FA Cup Final
Football has been dubbed as a guys’ sport for too long, but in recent years, women showed us they are just as good as men in playing football. That’s why the Women’s FA Cup Final is an unmissable game in 2020. Scheduled on 9 May at Wembley, this promises to be a fun-loaded event, with the finalist teams battling for the cup under the famous Wembley Arch. So, why not take advantage of the (hopefully) warm spring weather and enjoy this game with your friends or family?
- Premier League Final
On 17 May, the final round of the Premier League season promises to keep you hooked to your telly, or to the pub’s, that is. Because if you’re a true football fan, you definitely can’t miss the apotheosis of English football. After Manchester City’s surprising performance in 2019, we can’t help but wonder who will claim the title in 2020. Will it be Manchester United, to gain back its fame? Will it be Liverpool, considering their recent performance? Who knows? The only certain thing is that we must watch this game to find it out.
- FA Cup Final
After watching the women’s FA Cup final at Wembley, you can’t miss the FA Cup final. Wembley hosts this game too, on 23 May. No doubt, this is the most attended domestic event, so you really have no excuse to miss it. Needless to say, the best way to watch this game is live from the stadium. If Wembley is too far from you, then you surely have to reserve a spot at your favourite pub and gamble on both teams to score bets. There is no other acceptable way to do it!
- Champions League Final
Merely one week after the FA Cup final, the Champions League final in Istanbul is another noteworthy even on the 2020 football scene. We can only imagine the crowds supporting their favourite teams at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium. Again, if you can’t go to Istanbul, you can surely enjoy an awesome night in the company of your family or friends.
- Euro 2020
Football fans will unlikely leave their homes between 12 June and 12 July in 2020. Because nothing can keep a man glued to its chair more than the most awaited football event in Europe, the Euro 2020. Something to keep in mind about this year’s edition is that the final is hosted by Wembley, so you might even have the chance to attend it live if you want to. No matter how and where you decide to watch it, rest assured you’ll go through a rollercoaster of emotions as the best football teams on the continent try to win the title.
