A local business that specialises in diecast models has gone from strength to strength, expanding into larger premises and opening a brand new shop in Newport.
Faz’s Diecast offers models in 1/18 and 1/64 scale, working closely with manufacturers to offer the world’s favourite models including limited edition runs and one-off custom cars.
The business, run by Islander Dan Farrow, started in his garage at home before moving to dedicated premises in Rookley. Now, 3 years after Dan quit his job to go full time with his entrepreneurial venture, the business has expanded once again with operations transferred to Dodnor Lane in Newport (opposite the ambulance station).
A dedicated shop has been open to the public has been established allowing people to buy their most desired models in person.
To accompany the move to a new HQ, a brand new website has been launched allowing people to purchase models from anywhere in the country – www.fazsdiecast.co.uk.
