With the 2024 Easter holidays not far away, holiday let owners will now find it easier to get essential and specialist services for their properties in one place. As owners prepare their properties for the year, Newport-based Silver Arch Property Solutions has formally launched Silver Arch Holiday Let Solutions (SAHLS), with the company providing a large range of vital services in one single place. These include cleaning, linens, fire safety risk assessments, caretaker and out of hours services, legionella risk assessments, empty property checks, maintenance, gas and electrical services and more. SAHLS will be using an innovative approach to many of its services, especially cleaning where it will provide digitised reports including photos to owners following each clean. These provide assurance to the owners the cleans have taken place, and provides a visual report of the property before each short-term let. This helps prevent frivolous or false claims for money off or refunds being raised. With owners also legally required to produce a fire safety risk assessment for their holiday lets, and review these regularly, the company has spent time developing a fire risk assessment service available across the Island.
