Esplanade has announced that it has now added Seat and Cupra to its lineup of car brands, joining Volkswagen, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Smart and Skoda. Recognised for its widely acclaimed Ibiza model and its prowess in manufacturing high-performance motorsport vehicles, Seat has become synonymous with innovation and excellence in the automotive industry. The newer badge CUPRA originates from Seat’s ventures in racing and has now evolved into a standalone brand. Cupra proudly stands as a symbol of cutting-edge engineering and offers an exclusive range of high-performance vehicles. Both CUPRA and SEAT trace their roots to the same Spanish manufacturer and are owned by Volkswagen. Islanders won’t be strangers to Seat… it was back in October that Island Echo reported Snows on Forest Road, Newport has ‘relinquished’ the Seat brand. Brendan Cole, Esplanade Sales Manager, has said:
“We are so excited to now be the home of SEAT and CUPRA for the Island. The quality of their cars is second to none and often sees them win industry awards. Their promise of providing exceptional vehicles that combine style, performance and innovation is key in an industry that will see more and more customers transfer into hybrid and electric vehicles”.
To solidify Esplanades’ dedication to the brands, and the recently acquired Skoda brand, significant renovations are currently underway in their showroom area at Three Gates Road, Cowes.
