22-year-old Joshua Browning and 21-year-old Taylor Bates will appear in the Crown Court next month after pleading not guilty to possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.
The duo, who are accused of being in possession of cannabis worth between £4,500 and £8,000 with the intent to supply, appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Mr Browning, of Whitepit Lane in Newport, and Mr Bates, of Wellington Road in Binstead, were arrested on 9th February this year at Fishbourne Ferry Terminal. It’s here that Police seized 0.3kg of cannabis.
The case has been adjourned to the Isle of Wight Crown Court on 18th October.
