An accessible toilet in Newport has been closed today (Thursday) due to vandalism.
The door to the toilet has been broken near the hinges, meaning the facilities are not safe for the public to use.
A spokesperson for Newport & Carisbrooke Community Council has said:
“Please be aware that the accessible toilet facilities at Seaclose Park, Newport are currently out-of-use as the door has been vandalised.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to have the facilities re-opened as soon as possible.”
Where was the CCTV ?
Good question I don’t think there are any cctv near there, these people that keep smashing up toilets in Newport are seriously Sick
I expect the vandals, are really sorry, and would be distraught if some disabled messed themselves unable to reach a WC, and they are ‘about’ to get their life back on track after their chav ‘girl friend’ is pregnant, again.
They would get no joy from videoing the soiled garments of a disabled person and uploading it onto youtube…..Would they?
