Isle of Wight Division 1 Champions, Whitecroft & Barton Sports, have installed a defibrillator at their ground at Sandy Lane in Gatcombe.
The club thanked all those making donations towards the cost of the defibrillator, including Albany Freemasons Lodge 151, IW Health Associates Cricket Club and Whitecroft & Barton Youth.
Whitecroft & Barton FC also thanked Ed Wood from Albany Freemason Lodge 151 for his efforts in raising the funds. Ed is the grandson of past president Maurice Price and nephew of former player Simon Price.
In the event of a medical emergency, the defibrillator can be found inside the main door of the clubhouse.
