UPDATED: A number of cross-Solent services have been suspended or are running behind timetable due to the adverse weather conditions this afternoon (Monday).
Hovertravel have suspended their Ryde-Southsea service, whilst Red Funnel have stopped the West Cowes to Southampton Red Jet.
Scoot Ferries’ service between Yarmouth-Lymington has been suspended until 17:30.
UPDATE @ 16:45 – Red Funnel’s Red Jet is now operating a one-vessel shuttle service until further notice.
Wightlink’s Fishbourne-Portsmouth route is running almost 60 minutes behind timetable due to an earlier mechanical breakdown and the extra Bestival traffic.
Meanwhile Red Funnel’s car ferry service is running up to 30 minutes behind timetable.
UPDATE @ 18:30 – Hovertravel have now resumed a normal service.
Scoot Ferries have confirmed their West Wight service will remain suspended for the remainder of the day.
