Hovertravel are operating a one-craft service between Ryde and Southsea this morning due to a fault with a second craft. The revised timetable sees the shuttle service leaving Ryde at XX:15 and XX:45 and XX:30 and XX:00 from Southsea.

– Hovertravel have now suspended their service until further notice.

Wightlink has cancelled the 08:40 Fastcat from Portsmouth Harbour and the 09:10 from Ryde Pier Head due to the conditions in the Solent.

In addition, following several weeks of problems for Red Funnel’s hi-speed Red Jet service, the company say that Red Jet 5 has been removed from service and that they have resorted back to a one-boat service operating at XX:15 from Cowes and XX:45 from Southampton until future notice.

It is also reported that there are 25 minute delays on the Floating Bridge from East Cowes this morning.
