UPDATED: Firefighters are tackling a caravan fire at Thorness Bay Holiday Park this afternoon (Thursday).
Three appliances, one from East Cowes and two from Newport, are currently attending the blaze at the Park Resorts owned site off Rolls Hill.
Two breathing apparatus sets and a hose reel are being used to extinguish the fire.
The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to the incident at 15:00.
UPDATE @ 15:55 – The fire has been contained and extinguished. No one has been injured in the incident and crews are now leaving the scene.
