UPDATED: A small hatchback car has been involved in a road traffic incident at Ashey this morning (Friday), resulting in the vehicle coming to rest in a hedge.
Police are currently in attendance on Ashey Road near to West Ashey Farm where a blue Ford Fiesta has left the road and gone backwards into a hedge.
No one has been injured in the incident, which occured at around 10:00.
The road remains open in both directions.
UPDATE @ 10:34 – The vehicle has been privately recovered and the incident has now been cleared off the carriageway.
