UPDATED: Emergency services are this evening attending a road traffic collision in Lake, where it is understood a vehicle has collided with a pedestrian.
Police and Ambulance crews have arrived on the scene outside Broadlea Primary School.
It is believed a VW Golf has collided with a female pedestrian on the zebra crossing.
UPDATE @ 18:40 – The scene has been cleared. A 37-year-old female has been conveyed to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, in Ryde, a female cyclist has collided with a van on Ryde Esplanade. Police and a paramedic are in attendance.
Southern Vectis are warning of delays to their Route 8 service.
