The team behind Briddlesford Lodge Farm Shop has announced that a new publically accessible defibrillator has been installed at the site thanks to public donations.
Made possible by donations from customers of the business, the purchase and installation of the AED has also been made possible by a donation made in memory of a customer, Jo, who sadly lost her battle with cancer earlier this year.
Jules from Briddlesford said:
“Paul, Jo’s husband, wanted her to always be a part of Bluebells and Briddlesford as she felt relaxed and very at home when they visited.
“Paul made the trip over from Bournemouth to sit and chat with myself and Steve from IW Defibrillators who kindly supplied the life-saving piece of equipment.
“We hope to never need to use it but are delighted to offer this to our community, customers and staff when in need.”
