Members of Shanklin & Sandown Golf Club took to the course in the 1st mixed event of the year on Sunday (12th March).
As usual, the Cheverton Trophy – a foursomes stableford – was a very closely-fought contest.
Emerging victorious were the husband-and-wife team of Bob and Jane Wilson, taking the trophy with 36 points.
The runners-up were Tony Williams and Linda Piche with 32 points and, taking 3rd place, on countback, were Nigel Bishop and Anna Garriock with 31 points.
