Blackgang Chine will end the season with a ‘bang’ later this year, in what they say will be their ‘biggest firework display ever’. Already known for their clifftop firework displays throughout the summer, the team at Blackgang Chine are wanting to put on a show before they close for winter. Though it won’t just be an evening event with admission including a full day at the park as well, giving guests the chance to experience their favourite rides, and walk the quirky themed lands before it’s winter closure. Park Manager Dan White said:
“We know how much people love the evening parties and firework displays of Summer Fest, so we wanted to do one final epic event to see the season out in style. We’ve worked with our pyro team, and inhouse talent to develop a completely new display that will be our biggest and best to date.” “It’s always a unique experience visiting Blackgang after dark, the lighting around site is stunning, and we’ll have the fire pits stoked, marshmallows for toasting, pumpkin spiced lattes, and a DJ on the decks to keep the party going. It will be the perfect way to end the season and a great day and evening for families.”
Blackgang Chine has also announced this is the day that 2025 Season Passes will go on sale with an exclusive on-site discounted rate being offered (prices to be confirmed). The event takes place on Saturday 2nd November, and tickets are just £15 for a full day’s admission from 10:00 – 20:00 and include the evenings entertainment and spectacular display. We can do without the pollution and noise. Any displays such as this should now be either drones or laser displays, they are just as effective. Blackgang are the worst neighbours that Chale and Niton could possibly have, last night, August 1st the extremely loud explosions started just after 9.30 and after waking up most of the children and wild life carried on for about 10 minutes. The sooner Blackgang slips into the sea the better off the local villages will be.

Seems like you are more concerned about how it ruined your evening. Kids were obviously asleep animals all relaxed and you just doing your thing. I’m not saying you dont deserve it. We all do, but then so do people that go to these events because they want to create memories have fun. I have great memories of blackgang chine as a kid and now as adults so do they. I live on the main ferry route for iow festival and about half mile away. It creates mayhem it’s loud but so what. Just because you forgot what it is to have fun in life. Others haven’t. Let them have what you probably had once. Selfish view in all aspects of your stament. Oh and how long is blackgang open for? Do you make this Consideration when you go out

Blackgang are probably struggling especially with the financial issues last year leading to the cutting off of power in most areas if the park, along with their news of the cancellation of wicked nights/terror island. Won’t be surprised if this is the last year for the park so they’re going out with a bang if I’m being honest.
