49-year-old Michael Keywood will appear in the Crown Court next month after admitting to possessing more than 250 indecent images of children, some as young as just 2 years old.
Keywood, of Wavesound Close in Bembridge, appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with making indecent photographs/pseudo-photographs of a child, namely 18x Category A, 25x Category B and 226x Category C still and moving images.
Ann Smout, prosecuting, told the court that Police attended Keywood’s home address and seized a laptop and a phone. A forensic examination of these devices revealed a stash of indecent images dating from February 2011 to May 2020.
The images are said to have featured children as young as 1 or 2 years old, up to young teenagers. The most serious of the images showed children aged 4 to 6 in pain and distress.
Keywood, who is said to be of previous good character, has been ordered to comply with notification requirements as part of an interim Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He will appear before the Isle of Wight Crown Court for sentencing on 19th January 2022.

and now Mr Keywood is going to find out what a lifetime of pain and distress will feel like, as he has to live with the fear of attack from others, now that he has been exposed.
As well as the mental and emotional distress and pain he has inflicted upon himself, by recreating the images he viewed in his mind as memories, that will haunt him for the rest of his meaningless existence, he has the immediate fear of incarceration, assault and the label of a pervert to adjust to.

yes, they will feel disgusted and that a cloud has appeared over them. They will worry that others may think they are guilty by association and I dread to think what will be going through their minds if he has kids of his own.
The ripples of this will permeate through his entire family and that of his friends and his colleagues, assuming he works, as they will all look at each other, wondering if any of them knew and is he just the tip of an iceberg or an isolated case within the respective groups.
I should imagine “stunned silence” will be the starting point for all of them. Then they will think and all those little red flags that they saw and ignored in the past, as “couldn’t possibly be” and “how could I think that of him”, will have been realised as true.
Well, sorry, but you’re not a mind reader. I don’t know why people do this, imagine they know what other people are thinking. As to how terrible it will be in prison for the pervs, I recall visiting someone in prison a few years ago and they told me about the little group of perverts who were like a little club in there. They seemed to be enjoying mixing with like minded people. Obviously a lot of it about, One needs to question just why there is so much and what is it about our society that causes it?

Unfortunately his farther also known as Michael keywood is a convicted pedophile who was sent to prison, when he was eventually released he was given a council house in bembridge where he lives with his son!
