35-year-old Liam Estridge – more commonly known as Liam Smith – has admitted multiple drugs supply offences and is to be sentenced in the New Year.
Estridge, previously of Harts Lane in Rookley but currently of HMP Winchester, appeared at the Isle of Wight Crown Court earlier this week (11th November) where he pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, possession of criminal property, and driving without insurance.
This follows a drugs warrant at Estridge’s home address on Thursday 12th September, during which police seized cocaine, cannabis, drugs paraphernalia, and £17,170 in cash, as first reported by Island Echo.
Defending Estridge, Oscar Vincent told the court that this was a case that would benefit from a pre-sentence report. He also added that it has been some 9 years since the 35-year-old was last before the courts.
Estridge has been emanded in custody to appear at Isle of Wight Crown Court for sentencing on Monday 6th January 2025.
