MAP: Police are today appealing for witness to come forward after a 20-year-old man was attacked with a knife in Lake in the early hours of yesterday morning (Wednesday).
The incident took place between 01:30 and 02:00 on Sandown Road near to Heath Road, after the young man refused to hand over his mobile phone. The unknown attacker then cut the 20-year-old’s face and hands with a penknife.
Hampshire Constabulary say the suspect is described as
- White
- 5ft 10ins tall
- Slim build
- Short dark hair that was a little spikey
- Wearing a plain round neck jumper
