A van has this evening overturned onto its side at the foot of Culver Down on the B3395 Sandown Road, causing a short road closure.
Police were called to the scene shortly after 18:30 after the ‘Wight Energy’ branded vehicle landed on its side in the road, just after the junction to Culver Down.
A short road closure was put in place while recovery of the vehicle took place.
No one is believed to have been injured in the incident.
The road has since reopened.
