A man who told a woman that he would ‘curse her’ after she didn’t let him back into her home has appeared in court. Martin D’Arcy, 54, of Fort Street in Sandown pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words to cause harassment, alarm or distress when he appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court earlier this week (2nd January). Liz Miller, prosecuting, told the court that in the early hours of 11th December, D’Arcy attempted to enter an address in Newport having been told to leave some hours earlier. D’Arcy became verbally aggressive and told the woman that he would curse her, and called her a a c**t. Defending, Michael McGoldrick told the court that D’Arcy had been on an alcohol tag – which monitors the level of alcohol in his system – up until 3 days before the incident when it was removed after he deemed it too tight for his ankle. He added that D’Arcy had wrongly chosen to listen to a friend’s advice when they said he should drink some brandy to cure an ailment in his chest. D’Arcy was handed a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work attached. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge fee.

Are there any law abiding citizens in Fort Street?
Cursing as in using profanities or cursing as I am going to turn you into a rabbit, if it was the latter he should have been given a mental health order.
You should search his name, he seems to have quite a history.
Wizards know they arnt allowed to use magic outside of hogwarts, so I have concluded this man is a muggle.
Is this the same big man who punched a female police officer in the face? What does he contribute except misery to females? I’d fit him with some covert cameras with recordings of iranian military bases on the drives and have the SAS drop him off outside a tehran police station. Absolute waste of air.
