A road traffic collision between two vehicles on Binstead Hill near Ryde is causing traffic tailbacks in the area this evening.
The collision between a Blue Ford Escort and a Silver Mazda 323 occurred at the junction of Cemetery Road shortly after 18:00.
It is understood that no body has suffered any serious injuries in the rear-end smash, however the two vehicles have been heavily damaged.
Bartletts Service Station are now on the scene recovering the vehicles involved.
Delays are likely to remain for a further 20 minutes.
