The temperature in East Cowes exceeded 33c today (Sunday), marking the hottest day of the year so far.
Local weather forecaster IW Met Service has crunched the numbers following a blisteringly hot day.
Following closely behind East Cowes in the hottest place on the Island stakes was Northwood (32.9c), followed by Swanmore (32.7c), Newbridge (32.3c) and Thorley (also 32.3c).
