RYDE WOMAN TO APPEAR IN COURT CHARGED WITH 5 COUNTS OF ASSAULTING EMERGENCY WORKERS

21-year-old Verity Lloyd from Ryde is to appear in court next month charged with 5 counts of assaulting an emergency worker.

Police were called to reports of an assault on Winchester Road in Chandler’s Ford, Southampton during the early hours of Monday morning.

Miss Lloyd, of Windmill Close, was subsequently arrested by Southampton officers.

She has since been charged with 5 counts of assaulting an emergency worker and has been released on bail to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on 21st December.
