Royal China, on Sandown High Street, is being marketed by Scotcher & Co as a going concern, giving a prospective buyer the opportunity to take over the established business complete with its fixtures, fittings and equipment.
The leasehold interest is available with a guide rent of £20,000 per annum, alongside an ingoing premium of £85,000.
According to the commercial property listing, the restaurant occupies a prominent High Street location, benefiting from year-round trade that is significantly boosted during the busy tourist season.
The premises include a purpose-built bar servery, a disabled-access toilet and a fully equipped restaurant with decorative features throughout.
Scotcher & Co says the business has traded successfully from the site for many years and is only being offered for sale due to the current owners’ retirement plans.
An inventory of equipment, fixtures and fittings will be made available to prospective purchasers, while turnover and accounts can be discussed with bona fide applicants and their professional advisers following the signing of a confidentiality agreement.
