FOUND: POLICE SEEK MISSING 30-YEAR-OLD ROBERTA POWELL FROM BINSTEAD

Police on the Isle of Wight have issued an appeal in a bid to locate 30-year-old Roberta Powell, who hasn’t been seen since Tuesday evening. Roberta – or Bobbie as she is commonly known – was last seen at around 19:00 on 9th January. It’s understood she has gone missing from Beatrice Close in the Binstead area of Ryde. An incident occurred at Beatrice Close on Tuesday evening which led to a property being cordoned off, as previously reported by Island Echo. The 30-year-old is described as white, about 5ft 4in tall, of slim build with long brown hair. Anyone who has seen her, or has any information about her current whereabouts, is asked to call Police on 999 quoting reference 44240018191. UPDATE MONDAY – Police have confirmed that Roberta Powell has been found safe and well. It’s understood she was located last night (Sunday).
