More than 7 Police units have descended on Cowes this afternoon (Saturday) in a bid to locate a missing child.
Police were called to the town at around 16:45 when it was reported that a child had suddenly gone missing.
Thankfully, it is understood the youngster has been found safe and well.
Officers have now stood down from the incident.
