Trinity Theatre in Cowes has announced that pantomime is returning next month with the purrfect panto adventure, Dick Whittington.
With 1 show already sold out (Sunday 5th December), audiences are encouraged to get their tickets early so as not to miss out on what promises to be a truly festive and fun-filled show.
Dinah Bowman, Trinity Theatre President, has said:
“Christmas is such a special time of year, and we are delighted that we can finally bring families and friends back together to enjoy the magic that is pantomime!
“We can’t wait to welcome audiences and see the theatre filled with smiling faces – it’s going to be a Whitting-ton of fun!!”
Produced by John Abraham, the panto follows Dick Whittington as he searches out fame and fortune in London, along with his trusty feline sidekick. It promises a sparkling return full of traditional audience participation from ‘it’s behind you’ to ‘oh no you didn’t’, as well as some silly slapstick, singalong songs and, as ever, a much-needed happy ever after.
Dick Whittington is being performed on Friday 3rd December to Sunday 5th December and Friday 10th December to Sunday 12th December 2021.
Tickets cost £9 for adults, £6 for children or £24 for a family (2 adults and 2 children), and are on sale now at www.caods.org.uk or call 01983 295229.
