Final team places remain for the Beat the Heat charity quiz night at Ryde Castle on 5th March, as organisers Heartbeat prepare for another evening of fundraising on the Isle of Wight.
The eagerly anticipated event will once again raise vital funds for cardiac charity Heartbeat, supporting heart patients and their families on the Isle of Wight and across the Wessex region.
Returning by popular demand, this will be the third Beat the Heat quiz held on the Island, following last year’s successful events at Ryde Castle and the Royal Solent Yacht Club in Yarmouth.
The evening promises a lively mix of trivia, curry and community spirit.
Doors open at 18:30 for a 19:00 start, with teams of up to 6 people able to take part. Entry is £25 per person, which includes a curry meal.
Tanya Harder, Community Fundraising and Marketing Manager at Heartbeat, has said:
“Our last quiz night was a huge success – not just in raising funds, but in bringing together local businesses and the wider community.
“Events like this are about reminding people to look after their hearts, while also highlighting the support we offer to families during some of their most difficult times.”
Booking is essential as spaces are limited. To secure a place, contact Tanya Harder on 02380 706096 or email [email protected].
