A cosmetic clinic based in Brading has been recognised at the 2026 Global Excellence Awards, receiving the title of Best Specialist Skin & Laser Clinic 2026 – Isle of Wight.
Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre, located on West Street in Brading, has been honoured for its work providing non-invasive aesthetic treatments and for building a strong reputation within the Isle of Wight community.
The clinic was founded by practitioner Clare Jilani, who began her career in aesthetics in 2001. Over more than 2 decades, the clinic has introduced a range of advanced cosmetic and laser technologies to the Isle of Wight.
Judges highlighted the clinic’s commitment to high-quality treatments and personalised consultations that prioritise safety and individual care.
Services offered at Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre include IPL skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, fractional resurfacing, body contouring and medical microdermabrasion, delivered using clinically advanced technology.
The award also recognised the clinic’s reputation among clients and its consistent treatment outcomes.
Clare Jilani has also been involved in training nurses and practitioners locally and previously oversaw regulatory compliance as a registered manager for a Care Quality Commission-registered clinic.
Judges said the clinic’s continued investment in advanced treatments and professional training has helped position it as a leading specialist skin and laser provider on the Isle of Wight.
