A fully funded opportunity for Isle of Wight businesses to innovate and grow is back this winter with the return of Innovation Wight’s Growth Catalyst.
Building on the success of the previous programme, Growth Catalyst offers practical, down-to-earth support for businesses of all sizes.
Through a mix of free workshops and one-to-one mentoring, the programme helps businesses explore how innovation can drive real results. The programme is funded by the Isle of Wight Council.
Delivered by experienced innovation consultants Liz Flint and Colm Watling, Growth Catalyst focuses on helping Island businesses find new ways to grow and build confidence in their own innovation potential.
Liz says:
“Innovation should feel achievable. It’s about practical steps that make a business stronger, not theory. Growth Catalyst gives local businesses clear guidance, hands-on support and the confidence to put new ideas into practice.”
Colm Watling adds:
“Every small business can innovate. Sometimes that means new products or services, but often it’s simply about rethinking how you work or collaborating in new ways. Growth Catalyst is here to help turn that thinking into action.”
