All Things Music has joined forces with Independent Arts to offer you the chance of a free guitar for beginners’ taster lesson as part of ‘National Learn to Play Day’.
At a time where mental health and wellbeing issues are highlighted, it’s said that playing a musical instrument can really help people find peace in their world. Playing music is so good for you on a mental and physical level and you can achieve a great sense of companionship when playing with other people.
Learn to Play Day is a national event run by Music for All (a registered charity), bringing millions of free music lessons across the UK.
The lessons will take place at Independent Arts Creative Hub, 48 High Street, Newport PO30 1SE on Saturday 25th September from 13:00-16:30. You will learn enough to play your first song!
