A 5th weekly Mindset Bros Walk & Talk has been launched, further strengthening its commitment to supporting men’s mental health on the Isle of Wight.
From Friday mornings at 07:15, the new Walk & Talk will set off from Gurnard Beach Huts, led by Paul, adding another accessible and welcoming space for men to connect, talk, or simply walk alongside others who understand.
The introduction of this new walk marks an important milestone for Mindset Bros, which now runs 5 weekly Walk & Talks across 5 different locations, offering men consistent, free, and pressure-free opportunities to support their mental wellbeing.
Mindset Bros Walk & Talks are built on a simple but powerful principle: no pressure, no judgement, just show up. Men are encouraged to walk at their own pace, talk if they want to, listen if they need to, or simply be part of a supportive community.
Ross Taylor, Founder of Mindset Bros, said:
“We’re incredibly proud to be launching our fifth weekly Walk & Talk. The demand for these safe spaces continues to grow, and adding a Friday morning walk at Gurnard gives even more men the chance to start their day feeling supported, connected, and not alone.”
