A father and son team is set to take on the challenge of touring 93 football stadiums to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
Tom Harding decided to take on the tour in memory of his mother who sadly passed away from the illness in November of 2019. Their original plan was to undertake the campaign last year, but their efforts were put on hold due to the pandemic.
The tour will see the duo drive to over 90 stadiums, starting from St Mary’s in Southampton on the 7th July. The exact schedule is yet to be finalised, as the 2 football fans wait to see who gets promoted to league 2.
This Friday (28th May), Tom and his father will visit 25 grounds on the Isle of Wight in honour of what would have been Tom’s mothers 63rd birthday.
So far, over £1,000 has been raised for Pancreatic Cancer Research. If you’d like to donate, you can find the JustGiving page here.
