A cyclist has been conveyed to St Mary’s Hospital following a collision with a car on Military Road near Atherfield this afternoon (Tuesday).
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene shortly before 16:00, where a man in his 50s was found to have sustained injuries following a collision with a Toyota Corolla.
The gentleman has been conveyed to hospital, although his injuries are not thought to life-threatening.
Police have now left the incident. The road is open as normal.
