2 fire appliances have responded to reports of a toilet block fire at a holiday park on the outskirts of Ryde tonight (Tuesday).
The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to a possible fire at Roebeck Country Park on Gatehouse Lane near Ashey at 21:40, resulting in 2 appliances from Ryde being mobilised to the scene.
Thankfully, firefighters were not required to take any action and have now stood down from the incident.
1 appliance to attend the call had just finished extinguishing a small garden fire on Station Road, Brading.
