Ryde was treated to an unforgettable evening of entertainment as Glamour, Sparkle & Cabaret lit up Department last month (30th January), delivering a dazzling showcase of talent, energy, and true cabaret style.
Performing to a fabulous and enthusiastic crowd, the show featured a vibrant mix of dance, variety acts, and outstanding live entertainment. From high-energy group numbers to captivating solo performances, the stage sparkled with glamour and personality throughout the night.
The Embracing Dance Diamonds wowed the audience with their polished group routines and confident solos, shining brighter than ever.
Guest performers brought additional brilliance and pizazz, while the compères kept the evening flowing seamlessly with wit, warmth, and charm.
Beyond the glitter and applause, the evening also made a meaningful impact. The event proudly raised £400 for “Freddie to Kenya”, supporting a young man to go on an expedition to Kenya, including working and living in local communities, working together demonstrating the power of community through performance.

Organiser Laura Holme said:
“I am immensely proud of the performers and special gratitude to the audience whose energy brought the room alive.”
Plans are already underway for future shows, performances, workshops, and classes, promising more opportunities for the community to come together and celebrate the magic of live entertainment.
