1 lucky winner has scooped £10,000 as part of Wright Estate Agency’s 30th-anniversary celebrations.
Anyone who sold through the Wright Estate Agency during 2020 was entered into a prize draw to win the cash prize.
Due to recent events, the giveaway was extended until 31st March with the draw taking place at the Ryde branch, drawn by Ryde’s Major, Michael Lilley.
Simon Meek, Director of Wright’s in Ryde, said:
“We received over 500 entries for the prize draw, giving good odds for those who choose to sell with us.”
The winner was notified and picked their cheque up last week at the East Cowes branch of Wrights.
Adam Hadcroft, Director at East Cowes, said:
“Mr Castle of East Cowes was simply ecstatic. It was his first house move, he had received over the asking price, so the additional 10k was truly the icing on the cake of the whole experience. What is more on the very same day he picked up his prize winnings he actually exchanged contracts on his sale, to say he was pleased was an understatement.
“When asked, Mr Castle suggested that he might be looking to buy a new car with his prize winnings”.
When asked what the next 30 years will bring, Simon Meek said:
“Covid has proven that nothing is certain, but moving forward, we will continue to build on our strategy, which is based on strict criteria, including quality of service, local knowledge, business innovation and professionalism.
