Do you have a ‘happy place’ on the Island? The Isle of Wight Council are encouraging you to tell them where and be in with the chance of winning a year-long 1Leisure gold One Card.
The Isle of Wight Council would like to know about your favourite ‘happy’ place – perhaps it’s the golden beaches of Colwell Bay, the stunning views from Arreton Downs or the colourful hues of Headon Warren overlooking the Needles at sunset.
Send in a picture and the reason why your favourite spot is so special to you – and you could win a year-long 1Leisure gold One Card, giving you the chance to support your physical and mental wellbeing through exercise, activity and keeping fit.
The winning picture will be featured in a future edition of The Island (the council’s new e-newsletter) as well as on our digital platforms, including Facebook and Twitter.
To enter, simply email [email protected] including:
- your digital image (in landscape format);
- up to 50 words about why that location enhances your sense of wellbeing, completing the phrase: “This is my Isle of Wight happy place because…”
- your name;
- the town/village/location where you live.
