UPDATED: Smallbrook Lane in Ryde has been closed by Police in both directions this evening (Thursday) following a road traffic collision which appears to have involved a single vehicle.
Officers were called to the scene near the junction with Great Preston Road at just before 17:50.
No one is believed to have been seriously injured in the incident.
UPDATE @ 19:00 – The vehicle, a Mitsubishi, has been recovered from the scene by Bartletts Service Station.
The road has now reopened.
