Enthusiastic gardeners came together for the Shanklin in Bloom presentation evening on Tuesday (10th September).
The ceremony was held at the town’s Royal British Legion club where Mayor Steve Knight presented garden vouchers and certificates to the prize winners.
The committee was very pleased with the number and standard of entries this year with Shanklin Town Council, Stella Janeway, Carpets Direct, Shanklin Library and the Royal British Legion thanked for their support. Special thanks went to the judges for their continued support.
This year’s competition was sponsored by Shanklin Town Council and Busy Bee Garden Centre.
The Busy Bee trophies were awarded to Haven Hall Hotel and Mr & Mrs Smallman. The committee trophy was awarded to Columbus House.
