PHOTO GALLERY: A weekend of gorgeous sunshine brought the crowds out for the first Jack up the 80s event to be held at Smallbrook Stadium in Ryde.
The music festival, which had previously been held near Newchurch, saw the likes of Jason Donovan, The Real Thing and the Island’s very own Derek Sandy take to the stage on Saturday with capacity crowds gathered. The Jam tribute band, From the Jam, closed proceedings on Saturday night.
Crowd numbers stayed strong for Sunday with appearances from Alexander O’Neal, Pat Sharpe, Nik Kershaw, Bucks Fizz and 90s favourites, S Club.
Families and friends appeared to enjoy the new venue on the outskirts of Ryde, as did former world darts champion, Andy Fordham, who was spotted in the crowds on Sunday afternoon.
