Red Funnel has published a new Red Jet timetable for its West Cowes-Southampton route during Cowes Week (30th July – 7th August).
From West Cowes, there will be frequent sailings between 06:15 and 23:35 Monday to Saturday, and between 07:35 and 22:15 on Sunday. From Southampton, sailings will run between 05:35 and 22:55 Monday to Saturday, and between 06:55 and 21:35 on Sunday.
Red Funnel has also announced an exclusive travel offer for 16-25-year-olds competing in this year’s Cowes Week. Valid from 23rd July – 9th August, competitors will be able to enjoy 1/3 off Standard and Off-Peak Period return tickets.
Meanwhile, all passengers will be able to take advantage of Red Funnel’s Super Off-Peak Day Return (£10.80), valid for both the Vehicle Ferry and Red Jet Service when 2 people travel together from 11:15.

Why is it that two people can get the off peak discount but not just one person travelling alone maybe someone from Red Funnel would like to respond
It’s about time they restored a normal timetable, whether it’s Cowes week or not.
So they cant run a normal timetable because they want to save fuel however during cowes week that’s all fine what about us islanders that have to work on the mainland and have to resort to the car ferry not that its any more reliable. Why cant this be normality
