UPDATED: A power cut is affecting hundreds of homes and businesses in Ryde this afternoon (Wednesday).
Supply was lost at just before 13:25, with many other properties across the town and surrounding areas experiencing a slight ‘dip’ in power.
SSEN engineers are working on restoring power to as many properties as possible, as soon as possible.
It is estimated that power will be back on by 15:30.
UPDATE @ 15:17 – Following an afternoon of continued disruption, power has now been restored to all properties according to Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks.
