2 cars were involved in a collision in Ventnor after a driver rear-ended a parked vehicle.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary were alerted to the collision on the busy and narrow stretch of Upper Gills Cliff road at 18:48 yesterday evening (Sunday).
The collision involved a black MG ZS Trophy recieved significant damage to its back-end.
Officers on scene closed the road for a short period of time, due to oncoming traffic being unable to pass by the 2-car-collision.
A spokesperson for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary confirmed that no injuries were reported as a result of the incident, with the damaged vehicle remaining parked on the side of the road.
Another one bites the dust.

A car travelling past probably drove into it.
If islandwide CCTV was installed
the guilty party would be caught.
Too many dishonest persons in todays
