UPDATED: Paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service are in attendance on Middle Road alongside Police this evening (Wednesday) following a road traffic incident involving a motorcycle.
Two males are being treated for injuries after coming off the 2-wheeled bike, which is described as a ‘sports bike’.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 16:45.
UPDATE: Two men have been taken to St Mary’s Hospital following the incident near to the Chessell junction.
Meanwhile Police and paramedics are attending another motorcycle incident near to Downend on the outskirts of Newport.
No one is thought to have been seriously injured in either incident.
UPDATE: The minor incident has now been cleared.
