A man who became abusive to Police for no apparent reason, shouting ‘f**king d**kheads’ and ‘f**king c**ts’ to an officer, was fined £40 by Magistrates this week.
Ashley White, 24, of Slade Road in Ryde, pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress against PC Allen.
The court heard that Police were responding to reports of a fight at The Crown pub in Ryde on 22nd June this year. They arrived to find everything in order, but spotted White talking towards them – recognising him as he approached.
White began shouting ‘search me I ain’t got no knife’ and kept repeating ‘search me’ – even though he was of no interest to Police. A friend tried to walk Ashley away but the situation continued with the 24-year-old getting louder and louder. It was then that White shouted ‘let them f**king nick me. F**king c**ts, f**king d**kheads”.
At the time of the offence, Ashley White was on bail for failing to provide – something that he has since been convicted of.
A summons was issued and White appeared in court on Tuesday, where he accepted what he said but doesn’t know why he said it, apologising in any case.
He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £34 surcharge.
sadly the crown has lost its place as a fine pub to go to.
It simply attracts all the deadbeat losers, such as White now.

A 2 year suspended sentence would be more appropriate , a £40 fine is no deterrent
All paid out of his free handouts of course which comes from working peoples taxes
