Mountbatten’s End 2 End cycle event, considered to be the charity’s toughest fundraising challenge, will return next month.
End 2 End tests endurance and skill over some of the best off-road routes on the Island, including the famous Tennyson Trail. It starts at Culver Down and cyclists can choose the 45km route, finishing on Tennyson Down, or the 90km distance by taking any off-road route back to Culver.
Nigel Hartley, CEO of Mountbatten, says:
“We are so pleased to be able to stage End 2 End again, after what has been an incredibly difficult time for us all over the last 18 months.
“We really hope to welcome hundreds of cyclists for the challenge, all helping to play their part as we look to get back on track with our fundraising activities.”
The event was started by David Issac, a doctor at Mountbatten, who has a passion for cycling. Mountbatten has supported it directly since 2011.
