The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain across the Isle of Wight for today (Monday) and into tomorrow.
Heavy showers are likely to line up in bands across parts of south and southeast England resulting in up to 10mm of rain falling in just an hour very locally, with a few spots receiving 20-30 mm through the whole period.
The warning is in place from 13:00 today until 12:00 Tuesday lunchtime.
Forecasters are warning of the likelihood of localised surface water flooding.
