5 Police vehicles rushed to Cowes when reports were received of a disturbance at an address last night (Saturday), which led to the arrest of a 34-year-old man.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary was alerted at 20:00 to an incident unfolding at an address on Wyatts Lane, in the Northwood area.
2 Police vehicles, 2 Police vans and a dog unit all responded to the incident.
A 34-year-old man from Cowes was arrested on suspicion of common assault.
He remains in custody at this time.
