Amey’s Community Engagement team will be touring the Island’s libraries to answer your questions about maximising your recycling, reducing your waste and reusing objects in your home.
Islanders are being invited along to one of the drop in sessions between 9th and 24th May to ask any questions about recycling and waste, and what bin to put it in.
Additional copies of the 2017/18 Household Recycling and Waste services annual information booklet will also be available at the drop-in sessions. You can check your address specific recycling and waste calendar online at www.iwight.com/wasteday.
Orders for containers and permits and reports of missed collections must be made online at www.iwight.com/waste or via the Isle of Wight Council’s call centre on 01983 823777.

- Ventnor Library – 9th May, 10:00 to 12:30
- Shanklin Library – 12th May 10:00 to 12:30
- East Cowes Library – 16th May, 14:00 to 16:00
- Bembridge Library – 17th May, 10:00 to noon
- Brighstone Library – 18th May, 10:00 to noon
- Niton Library – 22nd May, 10:00 to noon
